We worked with a general dropshipping store selling products across multiple categories, from home essentials to trending gadgets. The store had tested Meta Ads in the past but struggled with profitability and scalability due to high CPMs and inconsistent results.

Our Approach
1. Google Merchant Center Setup
We created a compliant Merchant Center account, fixed feed disapprovals, and ensured all products were approved for Shopping campaigns.
2. Product Feed Optimization
Titles were rewritten with keyword-rich descriptions, images were upgraded, and product categories were corrected to improve ad relevance and CTR.
3. Campaign Structure
We launched Performance Max campaigns for testing a wide range of products, while separating bestsellers into dedicated high-budget campaigns for scaling.
4. Tracking & Data Accuracy
Server-side tracking and enhanced conversions were implemented to ensure every sale was accurately tracked in Google Ads.
5. Scaling Framework
We used a gradual budget increase strategy, scaling winners while excluding low performers, to maintain profitability.
